I know there used to be plants on Antarctica, but if you think I’m going down there and try to plant a posey, think again. In the first place, the ice is so thick, I’d never get a hole dug. In the second place, even if I tried to dig a hole, I’d freeze solid like an ice cube in a very short time.

As for the sinkhole, forget it. I’d probably not hit bottom for a bit if I tried to get down there and plant a flower. Sinkholes happen all of a sudden. I am so glad I wasn’t standing where the one in the picture showed up.
