Venus FLytrap

Curtis’s Botanical Magazine

Drawn by William Curtis (1746-1799)

The Venus Flytrap eats bugs. It catches them and eats them right up. Makes me want to go out and buy a dinner napkin.

The Venus Flytrap knows if a bug is dead or alive. It likes live bugs.

This is a plant we could watch for hours, just to see how many bugs it would catch.
