I went out for a rather long walk this morning. Rain was predicted and it fell just as I was returning.

It is so drab outside right now. The trees are sticks and no leaves. The main color I see is brown.

Yesterday, I saw Black Capped Chickadees on a tree branch that wasn’t too high. I stood there and they sat on the branches looking at me with no chirps of warning.

I found two more wild flowers. They are really tiny. The photos make them look a lot bigger than they are on the ground.
